Thank you for shopping at Green Coffee Inc.. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at info@greencoffeeinc.ca to obtain a return authorization. After receiving a return authorization, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Restocking Fee
All items returned are subject to a10% restocking fee. This will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Exchanges
If your item is defective or damaged, we will happily exchange the product for a new one. Please contact us at info@greencoffeeinc.ca with details of the product and the defect.
Exceptions
Some items are non-returnable and non-refundable. These include Svelte Beer.
